Dear Lord, I pray to thee,
Lord I know in my heart that I should be happy that my father’s suffering and pain is over and that he has come home to you and now rejoices in the house of the Lord. But Lord, as much as I try to put my personal heartache aside it continues to creep into my vision and it makes me long to come home for this mortal world just hurts too much. I miss you so much daddy and I pray continuously for the day I will get to come home as well. Please help me to calm the greed that my family members have continuously pressed upon me since you have passed daddy. God, please help me to find the peace within myself to let go of the material things and instead to press forward and hold true to my faith and press forward to this next chapter of my life. And in your heavenly name I do pray,
