I am petioning God for a miraculous intervention on my job. I was blessed to be appointed manager of a team but it seems the team is not coming together as should and we are not meeting targets. I am under scrutiny right now and im feeling overwhelmed with anxiety and sleepless nights. Praying for a miracle especially for us to get it right to start showing signs of surpassing the targets. And if there are any weaknesses in me as a leader i pray for vision new hope and direction. God has not brought this far to leave me. I pray for confidence and courage to waiver the tide for a miraculous turn of events for me as a manager and the team for us to be seen in new lights. Pray for new insights for the director may God’s hands be upon her and humble her.
