Dear Lord, I pray in desperation for Joe and Connor. Please take away their drug addictions and the pain of their past experiences. Please bring them to you and teach them to trust in you and to know your word. Show yourself to them and let them feel the presence of the Holy Spirit so that they may believe and come to you for their every need. Please provide them with a home that is safe and away from bad influence. Please find them work and lift their self esteem. Please forgive them for their sins. Encourage them to seek good people through church. There is a small child desperately missing her daddy, please lord have mercy and reunite father and child quickly before anymore damage is done to this relationship. Lord, please show these young men the only way and do not allow them to get lost again.Let them begin their lives over and one day be able to use their experiences to help others. Lord turn their bad into good, their bitter into sweet and let you be in their hearts in abundance.Please delve deeply into their mental state and heal their emotional wounds.Please protect them from the enemy and teach them how to deal with spiritual warfare. Give them your everlasting love and power to do all things good. Give them trust, hope, courage and the wisdom they need to turn their chaotic lives around. Wash them in the blood of Jesus and cleanse them of their sins and rid them of their bad habits and behaviours. Thanks be to the lord and patience to the ones who wait for the miracles to work in their lives. Lord, As these two young men sit at the foot of the cross I ask that there will be no more pain to bear amid their situation and their recovery will be quick. May we not forget the many people who have addictions and bring them to you, Lord. Please heal them and bring them peace. Show them the way, Lord and help the homeless to find a home.
