Lord, I need your help, I I have health issues that I need to lose weight. it seems like I have no self control over eating and drinking soda. I am emotional eater. I eat more when I am stressed. My husband has Alzhmeir,that alone causes me to.be stressful and at times I lose my patience with him. So.Father may the Holy Spirit help me with Self control ( will power) and patience.. There’s time that I have to make myself go out of the house, or otherwise I only go out if I have to go out. I am seeing a couselor, because Inknow that I am depressed.,but I am calling out to tou Lord .In Jesus name I pray.
